I like your approach to the task. Never heard of Rizom UV before, even though I am not a modeler I'll look into it because I hate UV unwrapping and maybe it'll make things easier for me.

I wish you wrote about lighting, the reflections looks amazing on the eye. I think there is an HDRI but maybe there are some area lights?
